Okay so on the 27th i have to attend a friend gf's birthday, a fancy dinner, how to make my skin look better and undereye circles reduced by then? (i'm a guy too :) )

Also I have medium-long hair, until my eye level, should i leave my forehead open or cover it with hair, boyish style?

To make your skin look better by the 27th drink a lot of water..or if you don't like the taste of water on its own drink black tea. Then I would leave your forehead open - don't go for the boyish look. To get rid of the under eye circles put a cucumber in the fridge and slice it up and put it under your eyes for a refreshing eye mask, do this twice a week until 27th and if still dark put a tiny bit of concealer under there...no one will notice.

it might sound gay but use foundation nd concealer under your eyes to cover dark circles...also do the boyish hair in the face look

for your skin to look better eat healthy the next couple of weeks and drink alot of water. if you want you should also by clean%26amp;clear skin product and use it every morning. as for the hair dont go for the boyish look do something different that will impress your gf. and for you the dark black circles put buy a cream for dark circles underneath your eyes at the store.
